“Why Not” a 2006 Sea Ray 320, has been continually upgraded when necessary, and shows in
great condition. Most notable Sea Ray features include the twin helm seat, cockpit circular
seating and centerline island bed along with mid-cabin and bed. Why Not is powered with Twin
Mercury 350 Mag, fresh water cooled, 300hp V-drive engines with 570 hours. Major tune-ups
were done on each engine along with new manifolds, risers, sea water pumps and fuel pumps
in 2023. Kohler 5.0 generator with about 200 hours, provides air conditioning and utilities
while underway or at anchor. This is one of the most popular models previously built by Sea
