The vessel is currently afloat but non-operational. In an event prior to 2020, water flooded the vessel’s engine compartments including one-third of the main salon, requiring significant rehabilitation, some of which has been completed, some of which has been underway. It is now offered for sale at a significantly reduced price by the estate of the former owner, who passed away recently.
A survey dated October 28, 2020 concludes by saying “Subject vessel appears to be in restorable condition.”
At this time, the vessel is being sold as-is as a project boat opportunity, ideally suited for a buyer who both understands and has the resources to undertake the scope of work required.
The October 2020 survey mentions how “vessel interior bulkheads, liners and headline throughout the vessel exhibit signs of water damage. The ingress of water appears to (have) completely flooded all lower deck areas reaching approximately one third main saloon, settling in an uneven diagonal position with stern sinking further than the bow . . . given the amount of water ingress during the incident, the engines will be required to be rebuilt or replaced. The engines are currently undergoing rebuild. . . the surveyor estimated fair market value at $125,000; estimated new replacement cost at $3,730,000.

Living quarters include four separate cabins that comfortably sleep eight.
The styled midship set of four port windows allow light from both sides into the master suite with pedestal berth, cushioned sofa, ensuite head with his & her sinks, large bath or spa with shower, separate toilet and bidet. The master suite walk-in closet includes a dressing mirror and instrument panel.
The guest V-berth offers a pedestal queen, full size vanity, ensuite head with sliding shower stall enclosure, and light coming in from ceiling deck hatch and port and starboard windows.
There are two additional guest cabins, each with two twin-size beds. The port guest cabin accesses a third guest head that can also be accessed from the carpeted stairway leading up to the helm area. All guest cabins include flat screen TVs.
Inside the vessel’s multi-chambered engine compartment, the crew quarters include at least one berth, a crew head and shower.
The vessel is powered by twin MAN diesel engines, each 1050 HP
