This 1999 Ocean Yachts 45 Super Sport is a great running Sportfish that has had all maintenance updated over the past year. The owner invested over $60k plus for maintenance and upgrades, including on engines and generator including replacement of hoses, tune up, ran rack and adjusted injectors, belts, etc. All new impellers on engines and generator. 4 New batteries this season. Replaced engine seacocks 2 yrs ago along with 3 other seacocks. New Smart Xantrex battery charger. 

All new EZ2CY enclosure 4 yrs ago along with new Lewmar V4/5 windlass, chain and anchor. New flybridge Captain seats. Seadeck decking installed 3 yrs ago in cockpit and bridge, but a few of the Seadeck panels are lifting at edges. Seadeck provided a new set under warranty, so owner has a spare set. One AC is not working, but the owner has a brand-new AC that needs to be connected. Master head wallpaper was removed due to leaking hatch in head. Hatch was removed and rebed and no longer leaks. Wallpaper needs to be installed. One of the two fridges in galley is not getting cold.
