1999 Azimut 85 Ultimate — Jensen Beach, Florida
Owner is motivated. All offers will be entertained.
Eighty-five feet, four ensuite staterooms, and separate crew quarters for three — at a fraction of what this length costs new.
What sets her apart is the paperwork. The expensive work on this yacht has already been done, dated, and documented. Both generators rebuilt. Every through-hull valve replaced. New batteries, new windlass and chain, new cutlass bearings, props reconditioned, shafts aligned, watermaker rebuilt, fresh bottom paint and Prop Speed. A complete Garmin electronics package installed in 2025. The engines run strong, the electronics all work, and the high-gloss cherry interior shows the way a well-kept boat shows.

Worth Knowing
Every through-hull valve has been replaced. On a yacht this age it is the item most often deferred and the one most likely to end a season. It is done.
The cherry joinery is clear — no milking. High-gloss cherry clouds when a boat is neglected, and refinishing it is serious money. This interior shows none of it, and it is the fastest way to read how she has been kept.
No casualty history. She has never been chartered.
Stated Openly
We would rather you know where she stands before you travel than discover it at survey.
Air conditioning. The Cruisair reverse-cycle system is original to the vessel and slated for upgrade. That upgrade has already been engineered zone by zone and formally quoted by a Fort Lauderdale marine A/C contractor — the full scope is available with an accepted offer. In the meantime an installed split system is actively cooling and dehumidifying her, so she is not sitting hot or damp and no humidity damage is accruing. The next owner gets to spec the system the way they want it, on their own timeline.
Presentation. She was compounded and waxed in October 2025. A fresh compound and detail before delivery would have her presenting at her absolute best, and the asking price accounts for it.
Exterior soft goods. The flybridge and aft-deck canvas and cushions are serviceable and in use. Replacing them is an inexpensive way to give her an entirely fresh look — the owner would rather leave that choice, and the fabric selection, to the buyer.
No tender included. The garage is empty and ready for the buyer's own choice. The hydraulic rams that lift the garage door were recently rebuilt and the remote lift works.
Not stabilized. She is a heavy, sea-kindly hull and rides well, but she carries no fin or gyro stabilizers.
Interior detail items. A handful of small items could use attention. Nothing major.
The asking price reflects all of the above. Service records, contractor scopes and supporting documentation are available with an accepted offer.
