Classic 27' Contender with 2023 power! This is a 2000 Contender 27 OPEN with twin 2023 Yamaha 300's. It is a classic hull with new electronics and engines. The powerhouse hull is one of the most versatile offshore platforms of its time. With a LOA of well over its 27' badge length, it will ride extremely well in the nastiest of conditions. The hull paint was just recently done, bottom paint was re-rolled, as well as newer Garmin electronics and new Yamaha power. The boat is ready to rock and roll. It is a rocket ship with the current power set up. Larger trim tabs were installed to give you that much more control at the helm. The forward opening of the console is electrically actuated so you don't have to open it by hand every time. There is a head in the console with a holding tank and pumpout. The fiberglass hardtop has a powder coated rocket launcher, outriggers and a remote controlled spotlight. On the bow you will find plenty of in deck storage as well as the coffin box and fish box. There is also a large Minn Kota trolling motor with GPS spotlock to keep you on the wreck or ledge without having to use an anchor. The boat is solid as can be and the engines have less than 100 hours on them along with factory warranty through 12/02/2025. Dry stack kept in Southport, NC.
