Structural Work 2017 / 2018
- Remove engine, T-Top, and Console to access soft deck. Cut and remove all bad core from deck area.
- Re-core deck using foam. Laminate core with fiberglass and cloth. Sand, fair and prime deck with epoxy primer.
- Sand down entire boat with 80 grit sandpaper. Tape and cover all hardware. Wipe down with solvent and prime boat with epoxy primer. Finish sand primer with 320 grit sandpaper and spray topside with three coats of polyurethane. Cover topside with plastic to protect. Wipe down hull and spray with three coats polyurethane (Aquamist Green).
- Install all hardware and Console.
- Install new rubrail, T-Top, cleats, fuel vents, fills.
