This 52' Ocean Yacht is powered with twin 825 HP MTU's.  2000 hour service recently completed including new DeAngelo exhaust risers. Turbos rebuilt and water jackets refaced.

The 52 Ocean is a spacious 3 cabin/ 3 head layout with teak cabinetry throughout the interior.  In the Salon, the settee, with ample rod storage underneath is complimented with a hi-lo table and barrel chair. Electric blinds cover the huge salon windows when owner prefers more privacy. Flat screen TV, DVD and Bose surround sound lifestyle lend to enjoyable time with friends and family. 

She is equipped with a convection oven/ microwave, instant hot water, and a 2 burner recessed range. Upgraded undercounter pull-out drawer refrigerator/freezer. Abundant storage. Large dinette.

The Master is below amid-ship. It has a walk around queen berth with storage below. There are are two bedside tables and a cedar-lined hanging locker. Also, there is plenty of drawer storage.  TV, DVD and Stereo. Ensuite master head and shower.

The VIP room is forward and includes walk around double bed, 2 cedar-lined hanging lockers, drawer and cabinet space, TV and ensuite head and shower.

The Guest cabin is to port and includes over/ under bunks.  Cedar-lined hanging locker along with drawer storage. 

Companionway head with shower double as guest cabin head as well as day head.

The fiberglass cockpit includes a freshwater wash down system, Lazarette access, 4 rod holders, walk thru transom to swim platform,  livewell, cockpit controls, Glendinning cable master and under water lighting.

The Fly Bridge includes EZ2CY enclosure, lounge seating with table and rod storage. The list of electronics consists of (2) Garmin Touch screens, (2) ICOM VHFs, Robertson Compass, Garmin autopilot, DDEC displays, Raymarine Plotter, and a Raymarine speed and depth finder.

Fishing Equipment includes Rupp outriggers with center rigger, transom bait well, bait freezer, cockpit sink, rod holders, tackle locker and fish box.
