The Prestige 520 has earned its reputation as the most popular 50-foot yacht on the global market, thanks in large part to the vision of Camillio Garroni Design. Its exterior is defined by sleek, Italian-inspired lines that exude sophistication, while the refined interior underscores the yacht’s upscale appeal. Every element of the design is intended to elevate the onboard experience, seamlessly blending aesthetics with functionality.

Staterooms and Layout

Onboard accommodations feature a well-considered 3-stateroom, 2-head layout. The full-beam owner’s suite is accessed via a private entrance, creating a serene and luxurious retreat. In the forward section, the spacious VIP stateroom is equipped with a convertible bed system, allowing for flexible arrangements as either two twin beds or a full berth. The VIP head also functions as the day head, featuring separate entrances to enhance privacy and convenience for guests. Adjacent to port, a twin bed stateroom provides additional comfortable sleeping quarters, ensuring all guests enjoy a restful stay.

Interior Living Spaces

The interior spaces of the Prestige 520 are intentionally designed to promote a seamless flow between the salon, galley, and cockpit. This open concept layout encourages social interaction and provides multiple inviting gathering areas for friends and family. The salon is anchored by an 8-seat U-shaped sofa facing a two-person loveseat, while an electric adjustable pedestal table offers flexible use, transforming from a coffee table to dining height as needed. Expansive windows envelop the salon, filling it with natural light and offering sweeping panoramic views that foster a close connection to the water. The 520-coupe design is further distinguished by a large retractable sunroof, enhancing the open and airy atmosphere on board.

Hull and Performance

The hull of the Prestige 520 was expertly designed by J.P. Concepts, featuring a tapered V-shape planing hull optimized for the Volvo IPS pod propulsion system. Constructed with GRP resin-infused technology, the hull achieves an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio. Its advanced engineering includes a forward-running beam, which delivers impressive stability and a dry ride—even in challenging sea conditions.

Galley

Located aft for optimal access to both indoor and outdoor spaces, the galley is perfectly positioned for entertaining. It is equipped with a Miele microwave, an induction cooktop, a stainless steel sink, a refrigerator, and ample storage. Direct access to both the interior and exterior dining areas makes serving meals convenient and efficient.

Cockpit

The spacious cockpit offers an inviting setting for outdoor relaxation and dining. Features include L-shaped lounge seating, a teak dining table, and an electric retractable sunshade for comfort. A starboard patio door provides easy access to the side deck, while an additional Volvo IPS joystick docking station enhances maneuverability. Sliding glass doors connect the cockpit to both the swim platform and the galley, facilitating smooth movement throughout the yacht.

Swim Platform

The hydraulic swim platform is designed with sliding chocks to accommodate a tender or jet ski, and features an integrated hot/cold cockpit shower. This area provides convenient water access for swimming and water sports, making it ideal for active days on the water.

Systems

The Prestige 520 is equipped with Volvo IPS 650 engines, featuring joystick docking controls at both the lower helm and in the cockpit. Additional systems include a bow thruster, Lenco electric trim tabs, a tropical air conditioning package, a Glendinning cable reel system, and a battery monitoring system, ensuring comfort and operational efficiency on board.

Performance

The yacht delivers a cruising speed of 20 to 22 knots and can reach a top speed of 28 knots. It achieves planning speed in just 7 seconds, highlighting its impressive performance capabilities.
